Lori Wagner is the Founder and President of LW Consulting & Solutions, LLC, a Woman-Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business dedicated to supporting government agencies with reliable, mission-focused solutions.
Our leadership team brings more than 50 years of combined military, public-sector, security, and fire & life safety experience. Lori's background includes 22 years of service in the United States Air Force and executive leadership roles supporting federal agencies such as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the National Institutes of Health, and the U.S. Government Publishing Office. Throughout her career, she has led complex operations, workforce development initiatives, large-scale training programs, and organizational improvement efforts.
Today, she applies that same disciplined leadership to government contracting — building trusted partnerships and delivering practical solutions that help agencies accomplish their mission.
Antoine Hart II
Director of Operations
Antoine Hart II serves as Director of Operations for LW Consulting & Solutions LLC, bringing more than 22 years of fire service experience to the team — including 11 years serving as a Fire Marshal.
His career spans fire prevention, inspections, code compliance, life safety, and operational oversight within local government fire service. Antoine's deep expertise and proven leadership in fire and life safety strengthen LW Consulting & Solutions' ability to deliver compliant, mission-ready support for government agencies.
