Founder & President

Lori Wagner is the Founder and President of LW Consulting & Solutions, LLC, a Woman-Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business dedicated to supporting government agencies with reliable, mission-focused solutions.

Lori brings more than 30 years of leadership experience, including 22 years of service in the United States Air Force and executive leadership roles supporting federal agencies such as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the National Institutes of Health, and the U.S. Government Publishing Office. Throughout her career, she has led complex operations, workforce development initiatives, large-scale training programs, and organizational improvement efforts.

Today, she applies that same disciplined leadership to government contracting — building trusted partnerships and delivering practical solutions that help agencies accomplish their mission.
